Eleven U.S. law schools alongside Georgetown—including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Penn, Chicago, Columbia, NYU and UVA—have been invited to nominate five students graduating in the Spring of 2016 (both 2Ls and 3Es) to become Cutler Fellows, and to participate in a highly interactive, seminar in Washington, DC, beginning on Friday, February 19th. The event is hosted by the Salzburg Seminar, and Professor David Stewart is this year’s Faculty Director.
The two-day program examines the most critical issues shaping today’s international law agenda, and creates a network of men and women interested in careers in international practice and public service. Cutler Fellows are also invited to attend the annual Cutler Lecture on the Rule of Law, given annually by notable figures such as Supreme Court Justices, and to apply for scholarships to attend seminars in Salzburg, Austria on topics relevant to their papers and professional interests.
